This full-time position, offering a competitive pay rate of $18 per hour, calls for an individual who can seamlessly oversee all beverage-related operations while maintaining impeccable standards in service quality and customer satisfaction. The Beverage Supervisor will direct all activities within the beverage department, ensuring inventory accuracy through monthly audits, coordinating beverage and equipment logistics for restaurant and catering events, and managing the operational and financial aspects of the beverage outlets.
The role requires close collaboration with the Purchasing Manager to maintain appropriate beverage stock levels while optimizing product costs and menu offerings. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage supervision preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of state and local beverage laws and regulations
- Ability to train others on responsible alcohol service
- Proven leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively

Job Qualifications
- Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- College degree preferred
- Food and beverage and/or restaurant experience preferred
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance standards
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting to set up and execute an event
- Willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations
- Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
- Must have excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Must be punctual and dependable

Job Duties
- Direct all activities of the beverage department
- Conduct monthly inventory to ensure that all alcoholic beverages are accounted for
- Coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment per restaurant and catering operations
- Provide overall operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlets
- Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through excellent customer service
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager regarding beverage orders
- Develop and implement drink menu offerings
- Monitor beverage inventory and pricing on a daily basis in response to restaurant bar menu changes
- Develop and institute beverage training programs for food and beverage team members
- Conduct training on state and local beverage laws and regulations including responsible alcohol service
- Provide a safe and reliable environment for customers and employees
- Demonstrate a strong drive to deliver exceptional customer service
