The company proudly manages a growing portfolio of six exclusive Cabot properties as well as four Cabot-managed properties, establishing a significant presence in renowned locations including Canada, the Caribbean, the United States, Scotland, and France. This extensive portfolio includes distinguished golf destinations such as Cabot Cape Breton in Nova Scotia, Canada; Cabot Saint Lucia in the Caribbean; Cabot Revelstoke in British Columbia, Canada; Cabot Citrus Farms in the United States; Cabot Highlands in Scotland; and Cabot Bordeaux in France. Beyond its owned properties, Cabot is also entrusted with the management and operation of several premier golf courses across the United States, including Cascata Golf Club and Serket Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nevada; Grand Bear Golf Club in Saucier, Mississippi; and Chariot Run Golf Club in Laconia, Indiana.
Cabot is committed to cultivating a legacy of excellence by providing guests and homeowners with exclusive, destination-inspired experiences. The company’s dedication to exceptional service, combined with its comprehensive expertise in golf and hospitality management, makes it a leader in delivering unparalleled experiences at its luxury resorts and golf clubs.
The Beverage Supervisor role at Cabot-Managed Properties is an essential position that plays a vital part in the Food and Beverage operations throughout the golf club settings. This includes service in venues such as the restaurant, snack bar, beverage carts, and during special events or tournaments. The Beverage Supervisor works closely with the Beverage Manager and the club’s General Manager to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the high standards for which Cabot properties are known.
This role demands a hands-on leader who is adaptable, organized, and passionate about guest service. The Beverage Supervisor will assist in front-of-house operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and event support, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Working in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere, fostering excellent guest relationships, and supporting the operational goals of the club.
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary starting from $55,000 per year. The role requires flexibility, including availability on weekends and for special events, highlighting the importance of teamwork and effective communication in a hospitality setting. Additionally, Cabot provides a comprehensive benefits package to its employees, further enhancing the opportunity for professional growth and personal well-being within an esteemed company committed to diversity and equal opportunity.
