The Beverage Supervisor position at Sodexo is based at the dynamic Hard Rock Stadium, where events vary and the atmosphere is vibrant and fast-paced. This is a full-time role offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.63 to $29.19. The Beverage Supervisor will oversee beverage service operations across multiple events and daily functions, ensuring smooth execution, adherence to alcohol service laws, and delivering a superior guest experience. This role involves direct supervision of bartenders, beverage attendants, and support staff, coordinating closely with management, culinary teams, and event leadership.

Responsibilities span various service formats, including bars, receptions, premium areas, banquets, and special events held at the stadium. The Beverage Supervisor is tasked with staffing oversight, managing service flow, inventory control, and resolving any issues related to beverage operations.
