The Beverage Supervisor position at Graton Resort & Casino plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of beverage services on the casino floor during assigned shifts. Reporting directly to the Beverage Manager, the supervisor's primary responsibility is to oversee the beverage team and maintain high standards of service while enforcing responsible alcohol sales in compliance with all policies and legal requirements. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage staffing levels, conduct training, monitor inventory, and enforce company policies fairly and effectively in accordance with union contracts. With a sharp focus on guest satisfaction, the Beverage Supervisor actively circulates through various bars and areas of responsibility, ensuring that team members deliver timely and cordial service to every patron.

In addition to supervising daily beverage operations, the Beverage Supervisor assists in scheduling labor needs, managing shift checkouts, and maintaining detailed inspection checklists. They also perform point-of-sale transactions, resolve guest concerns efficiently, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the beverage department. This position demands exceptional communication and organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and sound judgment when making decisions, particularly in challenging situations involving guests or team members. The supervisor must hold a minimum high school diploma or equivalent, possess at least one year of supervisory experience in food and beverage, and be knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages and regulatory compliance. Being 21 years or older and able to obtain a gaming license are also mandatory requirements.

Physically, the supervisor must be capable of standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, and exerting manual dexterity throughout their shift in a work environment that may be hot, cold, noisy, or smoky. Job duties include maintaining the assigned area, using chemical agents safely, and maintaining constant communication with staff and guests. Job Duties
