Job Description

Legends Global is a premier partner known for delivering premium services to the world’s greatest live events, venues, and brands across the globe. Operating within a network that encompasses 450 venues worldwide and hosting over 20,000 events entertaining 165 million guests annually, Legends Global brings unmatched expertise and an integrated service model to the live events and venue management industry. Their comprehensive approach covers feasibility and consulting, owner’s representation, sales, partnerships, hospitality, merchandise, venue management, and content booking. The company prides itself on its culture, which values respect, ambitious thinking, collaboration, and bold action, creating an inclusive workplace where employees can be authentic, make an impact, and develop their careers. Winning is emphasized as a daily practice at Legends Global, achieved through teamwork and unified effort.

The opportunity to join Legends Global as a Beverage Supervisor comes with the opening of the new Highmark Stadium, the future home of the Buffalo Bills for the 2026 NFL season. This stadium represents the largest construction project in Western New York’s history and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that enhances the fan experience. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment, typically associated with live stadium events. The Beverage Supervisor will be instrumental in overseeing service operations within their assigned area, guaranteeing guest satisfaction by enforcing state, local, and company policies, while providing leadership and support to their team.

The Beverage Supervisor’s responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen staff and other departments to time and produce services efficiently, ensuring that all service requirements at beverage stands are met, and managing staff training and performance before events. Inventory management, order processing, and point-of-sale reconciliation are key operational duties, coupled with conducting pre-shift meetings to reinforce training, communicate updates, and gather staff feedback. Supervising the staff to comply with legal regulations, such as alcohol sales and transaction policies including ID checks, is essential. The role also demands adherence to uniform and safety policies to maintain a professional and secure working environment.

The position requires the ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the nature of live sports and entertainment events. Physical demands are significant, with frequent standing, walking, bending, and ability to lift or maneuver up to 50 pounds. Exposure to loud noises, flashing lights, and extreme weather conditions is expected.

This role offers a competitive starting wage of $20 per hour, commensurate with experience, and is an excellent opportunity for individuals dedicated to customer service, hospitality, and teamwork to grow within a leading global company in the live event industry.
