Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in supervisory or leadership roles in food and beverage or hospitality sectors preferred
  • must be able to attain required alcohol and food safety certifications
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • commitment to following legal and company policies
  • physical capability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • ability to attain required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events
  • availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • dedication to delivering excellent customer service and hospitality
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt quickly to changes
  • ability to be self-motivated and work independently as well as in a team
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and other functional areas on timing and production of service
  • ensure service requirements of each stand are fulfilled
  • manage and train staff before events
  • manage inventories, order supplies, and receive orders
  • account for and reconcile point-of-sale systems and revenues
  • conduct pre-shift meetings with staff to reinforce training and provide updates
  • supervise staff to ensure compliance with laws, transaction policies, and uniforms
  • practice safe work habits and complete safety training
  • maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude with customers, co-workers, and management
  • adhere to company policies
  • complete other duties as assigned
