Job Requirements
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service to all Casino guests whether or not they are gambling
- Prepare non-alcoholic beverage selections and necessary beverage condiments for Beverage Servers
- Replenish supplies necessary to prepare beverages for Casino guests from back stock, as necessary
- Restock beverage service stations with supplies used in providing beverages to Casino guests (cups, cup lids, napkins, etc.)
- Ensure coolers are cleaned and stocked with bottled water
- Ensure bottled water cooler is full
- Ensure all ice machines are full and clean
- Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and stock levels of bag and box area
- Maintain cleanliness of beverage service stations and beverage service carts
- Remove empty cups and other beverage containers from gaming areas and dispose of them in the trash
- Other duties as assigned
