Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or related field preferred
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- basic math skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills in English
- certification in food handling as required by local regulations
- adherence to company policies including dress code and appearance
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service environment
- previous cash handling and financial transaction experience is a plus
- background as a barista preferred but not required
- basic math skills and accurate counting ability
- ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
- proficient in reading and following recipes
- clear communication skills in English
- must obtain necessary Food Handling Certification
- willingness to comply with professional dress code and appearance standards
Job Duties
- Process financial transactions using register/POS system including cash and credit card payments
- greet and assist clients while anticipating their needs to enhance customer experience
- prepare and present coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand guidelines
- ensure food items are prepared and served following establishment standards
- organize, reconcile cash register, complete cashier's slip accurately, and deposit funds as required
- maintain cleanliness and structured organization of coffee bar and specific zones
- sanitize equipment regularly to uphold hygiene standards
- stock drink coolers, snacks, serving necessities, and condiments
- adhere strictly to health and safety regulations for food and drink preparation
- follow management instructions and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned
