Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or related field
Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
Basic math proficiency
Strong communication skills in English
Food Handling Certification as per regulatory requirements
Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow health safety protocols
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service
Experience with cash handling and financial transactions
Background as a barista preferred
Basic math skills and accurate counting ability
Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in reading, following recipes, and clear communication in English
Food Handling Certification
Willingness to adhere to professional dress code and appearance standards

Job Duties

Process financial transactions utilizing a register/POS system including cash and credit card payments
Greet and assist clients while anticipating their needs to enhance customer experience
Follow brand guidelines for producing and presenting coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Prepare and serve food items according to established standards
Organize and reconcile cash register and complete cashier slips accurately
Maintain cleanliness and order by setting up and breaking down coffee bars or zones
Sanitize equipment and work areas regularly to uphold hygiene standards
