Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food service roles
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment when required
- Must obtain Food Handling Certification as per regulations
- Strong communication skills in English
- Commitment to following safety and sanitation procedures
- Availability for full-time work
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service roles is preferred
- Experience handling cash transactions is beneficial
- Barista experience is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills and accurate counting ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient English reading and communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes and preparation guidelines
- Food Handling Certification is required
- Adherence to designated attire standards
Job Duties
- Process financial transactions using register/POS system
- Greet and assist clients while anticipating their needs
- Adhere to brand guidelines for beverage preparation and presentation
- Prepare and serve food items according to establishment standards
- Organize and reconcile cash register, accurately complete cashier slips, and deposit funds
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work areas
- Sanitize equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
- Stock beverage coolers, snacks, and supply necessary serving items
- Follow food and drink preparation health and safety regulations
- Comply with management instructions for additional responsibilities
