As a Brand Ambassador at Hibred Beverage & Supply Co., you will become a vital part of a national team that promotes and introduces an exquisite array of beverage products including premium tequila, mezcal, champagne, wine, and water brands. In this role, Brand Ambassadors cultivate and expand client relationships, engage in tastings and staff training, pitch to place menus featuring Hibred's products, and support local growth through events and grassroots activations. They are the frontline communicators who work directly with founders, distillers, and producers, offering a genuine connection to the brands they represent. This exciting opportunity is available in multiple vibrant markets across the United States, including Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Scottsdale, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-oriented hospitality professionals who excel at communicating knowledge about menus, cocktails, and spirits. Experience in sales, promotions, or events is advantageous, but enthusiasm for beverage culture and an understanding of the industry’s language is paramount. USBG membership is encouraged but not mandatory.

Job Requirements
- Education diploma or equivalent preferred
- hospitality or customer service experience strongly recommended
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to work a flexible and hybrid schedule
- willingness to travel locally within designated market areas
- ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks concurrently
Job Qualifications
- Current or former hospitality professionals such as bartenders, servers, bar leads, mixologists
- strong communicator who understands menus, cocktails, and spirits language
- self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-oriented
- able to travel locally within assigned markets
- experience in sales, promotions, or events is a plus
- passion for spirits, wine, and beverage culture
- USBG membership encouraged
Job Duties
- Represent our tequila, mezcal, champagne, wine, and water brands to on-premise and off-premise accounts
- open new bar, restaurant, and retail relationships
- conduct tastings, staff trainings, and menu placement pitches
- build weekly account visits and drive repeat orders
- support local growth through events and grassroots activations
- maintain simple activity reporting / weekly check-ins
- work directly with founders, distillers, and producers
