Job Requirements

  • Education diploma or equivalent preferred
  • hospitality or customer service experience strongly recommended
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • ability to work a flexible and hybrid schedule
  • willingness to travel locally within designated market areas
  • ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks concurrently

Job Qualifications

  • Current or former hospitality professionals such as bartenders, servers, bar leads, mixologists
  • strong communicator who understands menus, cocktails, and spirits language
  • self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-oriented
  • able to travel locally within assigned markets
  • experience in sales, promotions, or events is a plus
  • passion for spirits, wine, and beverage culture
  • USBG membership encouraged

Job Duties

  • Represent our tequila, mezcal, champagne, wine, and water brands to on-premise and off-premise accounts
  • open new bar, restaurant, and retail relationships
  • conduct tastings, staff trainings, and menu placement pitches
  • build weekly account visits and drive repeat orders
  • support local growth through events and grassroots activations
  • maintain simple activity reporting / weekly check-ins
  • work directly with founders, distillers, and producers
