Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or beverage preparation is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and early mornings
Must adhere to health safety and food handling standards
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Prepare all beverages hot cold frozen and specialty drinks following McDonalds procedures and portion standards
Grind brew and hold coffee according to McDonalds Gold Standard quality for taste appearance temperature and presentation
Maintain beverage stations fully stocked cups lids syrups ice coffee milk etc
Clean and sanitize beverage equipment counters and surrounding areas according to food safety standards
Follow all health safety and food handling guidelines including proper hand washing
Ensure equipment is operated correctly and report any malfunctions immediately
Follow all McDonalds operational procedures and food safety requirements
Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance be flexible with schedule including early morning weekends
Work collaboratively with the team to support a positive efficient and respectful work environment
