Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service roles preferred
- Previous cash handling experience is an advantage
- Barista background is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic math skills and ability to count accurately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient English reading and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and brand standards
- Must obtain Food Handling Certification
- Adherence to designated dress code and grooming standards
Job Duties
- Process financial transactions using register/POS system including cash and credit payments
- Greet and assist customers anticipating their needs to ensure a positive experience
- Prepare and present coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand guidelines
- Prepare and serve food items following establishment standards
- Organize and reconcile cash registers, complete cashier slips accurately and deposit funds as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee bar and designated zones
- Regularly sanitize equipment and maintain hygiene standards
- Stock drink coolers, snacks, serving necessities, and condiments
- Follow health and safety regulations related to food and beverage preparation
- Comply with management instructions and take on additional responsibilities as needed
