Job Description
Shamrock Foods Company is a distinguished, privately held, family-owned, and operated business that has been a staple in the food industry since its inception in Arizona in 1922. Recognized as a Forbes 500 company, Shamrock Foods has built its reputation on innovation, quality service, and a commitment to its associates and customers nationwide. The company prides itself on fostering a culture where people truly come first, including its employees, customers, and their families. Shamrock Foods operates with a mission inspired by the founding family's motto: "treat associates like family and customers like friends," which guides its business practices and community relations.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join Shamrock Foods in the capacity of a Supervisor overseeing Beverage Technicians. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide daily supervision and support for associates involved in equipment service, installation, and technical support. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales and Service Manager, the supervisor will manage a team of six or more associates within their designated area of responsibility. This includes scheduling, attendance management, payroll, hiring, training, and ongoing coaching to ensure the team achieves operational excellence.
The supervisor will play a pivotal role in monitoring employee activities and optimizing resources to meet standards related to field service and refurbishments. A critical part of the position involves maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring that all work requests are managed promptly to meet customer needs. Analytical skills are necessary to evaluate service processes and workflows, especially concerning budget, inventory, and daily operational efficiency.
In addition to reinforcing existing procedures to maintain quality standards, response times, cost control, and compliance with customer contracts, this role requires proactive implementation of new procedures to safeguard the company’s beverage equipment investment. The supervisor acts as a backup for all team positions during absences and peak periods, ensuring continuous support and service delivery.
Interaction with salesforce, internal and external customers, and vendors to resolve field service issues is an essential aspect of the role. The position also involves managing special projects with clear targets and timelines and entails rotational "on call" responsibilities outside regular office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Other duties and special projects may be assigned by management as needed.
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with bonus potential depending on competency, experience, qualifications, and skills. The company anticipates closing the application window on or before December 31, 2026. This position offers not only a competitive salary but also the chance to be part of a respected company that invests in its people and promotes a strong organizational culture.
Working at Shamrock Foods offers the benefit of being part of a stable and growing company with a rich history and an inclusive, supportive environment. The company provides comprehensive health insurance coverage paid primarily by Shamrock Foods, ensuring associates and their families maintain good health without excessive financial burden. Additional benefits include a 401(k) Savings Plan, Profit Sharing, Paid Time Off, access to wellness programs, and opportunities for professional growth and continued education.
Shamrock Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion. All qualified applicants will be considered without regard for race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected classification under the law. This commitment is accompanied by adherence to federal employment laws and ensuring applicant rights are upheld throughout the hiring process.
