We are currently seeking full-time Beverage Service Professionals to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, social environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Beverage Service Professional, you will be responsible for preparing specialty drinks such as coffee, tea, and other crafted beverages, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring adherence to brand standards in service delivery. In addition to beverage preparation, your duties will include operating point-of-sale systems to manage cash and credit card transactions efficiently, maintaining accurate cash drawer balances, and following strict cash management procedures to ensure financial integrity. A significant aspect of the role involves establishing and breaking down coffee bars, workstations, or retail spaces with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and organization. Maintaining sanitary conditions is critical, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas according to health and safety regulations.

The role requires excellent communication skills, basic math proficiency, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Additionally, all successful candidates must complete Food Handling Certification as mandated and comply with facility dress code standards.
