Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Experience handling cash preferred
Basic math skills required
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills in English
Completion of Food Handling Certification required

Job Duties

Handle payment processing using register/POS system including cash and credit card transactions
Greet and assist clients, foreseeing their needs for a positive experience
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialized beverages according to brand standards
Prepare and deliver food items in compliance with facility standards
Manage cash drawer accuracy, complete cashier paperwork, and securely handle bank deposits
Follow cash management guidelines and procedures
Set up and break down coffee bar, workstations, or retail spaces prioritizing cleanliness and organization
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work area and equipment
Ensure availability of beverage coolers, grab-and-go options, serving tools, and condiments
Adhere to health and safety regulations in food and drink preparation
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
