Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-6 months of related experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance in accordance with company standards
- Must be able to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods up to 2 miles per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds continuously
- Capable of bending stooping and twisting while serving
- Comfortable working in loud crowded and smoke-filled environments
- Ability to work long shifts in high-energy casino settings
