Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ year of work experience in a high-volume beverage setting
- Basic math skills
- Ability to take and process orders using tablets
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Must have a strong understanding of cocktails, liquors, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ year of work experience in a high-volume beverage setting
- Basic math skills
- Ability to take and process orders using tablets
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Must have a strong understanding of cocktails, liquors, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- 2+ years of serving experience
- Cash handling experience
- Bilingual is a plus
- Certification in responsible alcohol service
- Additional industry certifications
Job Duties
- Courteously greet, interact and serve Guests in a timely manner with a cheerful attitude
- Deliver exceptional service to every Guest consistently while interacting and in a professional manner
- Take beverage orders from Guests and, through the tablet, communicate orders properly to the service bar
- Promptly deliver all beverages to appropriate gaming machines or tables and assigned work areas
- Manage the assigned sections and tasks in an efficient and proactive manner
- Monitor and anticipate Guest needs, refill beverages, and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including beverage stations, tables, and service areas
