The Beverage Server position at Fling Bar in Pompano Beach, FL, offers a vital role within Caesars Entertainment. This on-site role involves direct interaction with customers in a fast-paced casino bar environment. The Beverage Server will be responsible for providing outstanding service by engaging with guests, accurately processing orders and payments, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Job Duties

  • Deal with high-volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful
  • Sell amenities to guests, accurately ring orders, take payments, and make change as necessary
  • Understand and adhere to established cash handling procedures and policies
  • Appropriately use all bar equipment and cash handling systems
  • Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations
  • Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities, and assist as needed
  • Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner
  • Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships
  • Assist in maintaining a spotless casino by disposing of any cups, glasses, bottles, or other items left on the floor by guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same
