Job Requirements

- must have valid Food Handlers Card
- must have Liquor License
- must have IGB Badge when working

Job Duties
- Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Rockford their choice for gaming entertainment
- responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members to provide superior guest service
- takes customer drink orders, serves drinks and collects monies in a courteous and efficient manner
- adheres to food and beverage policies and State Liquor Laws
- completes all required set-up duties on time
- always keeps station clean
- promotes positive customer relations
- responsible for the receipt of monies and settlement of guests' checks
- performs all other related and compatible duties assigned by the Food and Beverage Supervisor
