Job Requirements

  • Able to respond to visual and auditory cues
  • able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds constantly while gripping necessary items
  • able to walk at least 2 miles during shift
  • able to bend, stoop, and twist when serving cocktails
  • able to stand and walk for periods up to 8-hour shifts
  • able to work in areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, and bright lights
  • able to work at a fast pace in crowded and noisy environments

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • ability to obtain Bossier ABO Card and Responsible Vendor Certification
  • skilled in basic math to handle money and change properly
  • knowledge of guest charge procedures
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work quickly in mentally and physically stressful situations
  • knowledgeable or able to learn tray service and cocktail ingredients
  • available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Job Duties

  • Ensures player satisfaction by providing personalized service and using guest names
  • resolves service problems according to Service Recovery guidelines
  • serves as ambassador of goodwill and promotes casino events and programs
  • works with Caesars Rewards to encourage card sign-ups and relay benefits
