Job Description
Caesars Entertainment is a globally recognized leader in the hospitality and gaming industry, known for offering luxurious casino resorts, exceptional guest experiences, and innovative entertainment. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, Caesars operates a wide range of properties that attract millions of visitors each year. The company prides itself on maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy top-tier services from gaming to fine dining.
The role of a Casino Beverage Server at Caesars Entertainment is essential in providing an engaging and hospitable environment for guests on the casino floor. As a Casino Beverage Server, you are a key ambassador, responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and professional beverage service while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for patrons. The position involves taking beverage orders, effectively communicating with bartenders for timely drink preparation, and ensuring that guests’ needs are met promptly. This role demands a high level of customer service skill, situational awareness, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, noisy, and often crowded environment.
In addition to serving drinks, the Casino Beverage Server actively promotes casino events, works closely with Caesars Rewards to encourage new card sign-ups, and helps foster a positive and lively atmosphere on the gaming floor. The position also involves monitoring guests’ alcohol consumption and intervening responsibly when necessary in line with the company’s alcohol management policies. The server supports guest satisfaction by supplementing trays, clearing empty glasses, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
To excel in this position, candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and be capable of obtaining a Bossier ABO Card and Responsible Vendor Certification. Excellent communication skills, basic math proficiency, and knowledge of guest charge procedures are important to handle transactions and interact effectively with guests and team members. Physical stamina and the ability to work on one’s feet for extended periods are necessary due to the nature of the job, which requires walking, bending, lifting, and working in a lively casino environment with secondhand smoke, bright lights, and high noise levels.
This is a dynamic, full-time role with a schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Working as a Casino Beverage Server at Caesars Entertainment offers a unique opportunity to be part of an iconic brand committed to delivering exceptional entertainment experiences. This position is not only about serving beverages but also about creating memorable moments for guests through personalized service and a genuine welcoming attitude. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy engaging with diverse customers, this role promises both professional growth and an enjoyable working environment.
