Job Duties

  • Keep the reception area and entrance fully stocked and neatly organized
  • Assist with onboarding new team members as requested by department managers
  • Adhere to established guidelines and uniform procedures
  • Perform responsibilities with professionalism, a positive attitude, and consistent guest service excellence
  • Complete all assigned duties outlined in start, mid-shift, and end-of-day checklists
  • Distribute server records and ensure servers and management receive timely updates on changes
  • Use the blocking sheet to identify regular guests and VIPs
  • Accurately manage reservations and guest information using OpenTable
  • Respond promptly to phone calls to support optimal seating capacity and guest inquiries
  • Provide personalized support to frequent guests and handle reservation requests from concierge staff
  • Maximize table usage to enhance guest turnover rates
  • Collaborate closely with concierge and team members to improve guest satisfaction
  • Handle all remaining front desk operational duties as required
  • Execute administrative tasks accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently
  • Maintain updated and accurate telephone lists
  • Move and adjust furniture according to management instructions
  • Participate in training sessions and review training materials to expand knowledge
  • Provide managers with ongoing guest satisfaction feedback
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Four Seasons emergency procedures
  • Understand the employee handbook and Four Seasons policies
  • Know the operational layout and locations of all equipment
  • Reset and refresh tables as needed
  • Complete any additional responsibilities assigned by management
