Job Requirements

Ability to obtain all required state, local, and Aramark alcohol service certifications
Previous experience in bartending or beverage service preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a bartender is highly beneficial
Strong grasp of bartending fundamentals, mixology, and current industry trends
Ability to obtain all required state, local, and Aramark alcohol service certifications
Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor and extensive beverage knowledge
Proven ability to stay organized, multitask effectively, and maintain high attention to detail

Job Duties

Welcome customers, record drink orders, and accurately process cash and credit card payments
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Efficiently manage the service well to provide drinks to the waitstaff as needed
Strictly follow alcohol service policies and safety guidelines, including age verification for all patrons
Adhere to established company protocols and procedures for secure cash handling
Set up and break down workstations with a strong focus on cleaning and sanitation
Monitor inventory levels and ensure all products are properly stocked and organized
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing proactive service and anticipating customer needs
Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with guests, clients, and team members
Follow security protocols to safeguard all company assets and equipment
