Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work peak business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Basic math skills
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and walking for long periods

Job Duties

Assist customers with ticket purchases and inquiries
Operate concession stands including preparing and serving food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the theater, including auditoriums and lobby areas
Monitor auditoriums during screenings to ensure guest safety and enjoyment
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Work collaboratively with team members to support theater operations
Adhere to all company policies and procedures during shifts
