The Beverage Server must greet guests promptly, take beverage orders accurately, follow established recipes and presentation standards, and ensure the delivery of beverages to the correct guests in various settings including bars, lounges, and dining areas. Additionally, this role requires monitoring guest satisfaction, responding swiftly to any requests or concerns, verifying legal drinking age through proper ID checks, and adhering to responsible alcohol service practices. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service stations, bar areas, and guest-facing spaces is essential, as is assisting with setup and breakdown of areas before and after shifts. Collaboration with bartenders and kitchen staff is required to ensure a smooth and professional flow of service. The Beverage Server is also tasked with processing orders and payments accurately using POS systems and staying informed about current beverage menus, specials, and promotions.
