The current opening is for a Beverage Server position, a critical role that contributes directly to the guests' satisfaction and overall experience at Red Mile. This role involves not only serving drinks but also engaging with patrons to provide expert recommendations, thereby enhancing their enjoyment and maximizing sales opportunities. The Beverage Server must be well-versed in the menu offerings, including detailed drink preparations and ingredients, enabling them to confidently assist customers in making selections that suit their preferences.
In addition to delivering outstanding customer service, the role demands attentiveness to detail, ability to recognize VIP guests, and active participation in promoting current events and special promotions at the venue. Working closely with other Food and Beverage staff, the Beverage Server ensures a seamless and efficient operation, maintaining cleanliness and safety within their workspaces while supporting team members with bussing and clearing tasks.
The position requires excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele, and flexibility in scheduling with availability on weekends, holidays, and shifts that align with business needs. Physical stamina is also essential as the employee must frequently stand, walk, and occasionally lift or move items up to 40 pounds. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy creating a team environment
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D preferred

- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS system operation
Job Duties
- Promotes outstanding guest services on a continual basis
- Assists patrons with beverage selection, demonstrating salesmanship with complete menu and product knowledge
- Correctly enters beverage orders into the POS system
- Delivers prepared drinks to the appropriate patron
- Recognizes VIP players and ensures they receive the appropriate service
- Knows and promotes current Red Mile events and promotions
- Works as a team with all relevant F&B staff to guarantee an efficient operation for our patron’s experience
- Assists F&B staff, as necessary, in bussing, cleaning, and clearing
- Wipes counter areas, sinks and bus stations as necessary to maintain a clean and safe work station
