Starting at a wage of $16.77 per hour, this position offers a raise to $17.31 per hour plus tips upon successful completion of a 90-day orientation period. This role involves direct interaction with guests, taking beverage orders, upselling drinks, processing transactions, and assisting bartenders with stocking and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. Employees will be trained and expected to operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash responsibly, and uphold the casino's standards for customer service excellence. This position requires the ability to work flexible shifts including days, swings, graveyards, and holidays to meet the casino's operating demands.
