As a leading destination in the region, Casino Arizona is committed to providing exceptional service to all its guests in a vibrant, welcoming, and safe environment. The casino encompasses a variety of dining options, including fine dining restaurants, casual eateries, lounges, banquet halls, and poolside service, catering to a diverse clientele that values quality, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. Dedicated to excellence in guest services and operational standards, Casino Arizona fosters a team-oriented culture that values professionalism, respect, and integrity among its employees. This hiring opportunity is for a part-time Beverage Server position within the Food and Beverage department, providing flexible shifts that can vary between day and swing hours, accommodating different scheduling needs. Reporting to the Dining Shift Supervisor, Beverage Supervisor, or Banquet Captain, the Beverage Server is an essential team member responsible for delivering friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their dining and beverage experiences are memorable and enjoyable.

The Beverage Server role at Casino Arizona involves serving meals and beverages to patrons across multiple service environments, including the dining room, lounge, showroom, banquet hall, pool area, hotel rooms, or gaming floor assignments. This position requires a high level of attentiveness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Presentation and garnishing of dishes before serving are included to enhance the guest experience. Handling transactions accurately, whether by totaling bills or accepting payments, is an integral part of the role. The Beverage Server also maintains cleanliness and organization of the service areas, ensuring all glassware, utensils, and supplies are replenished and free from hazards. Compliance with health and safety guidelines, including possession of a valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card and a commitment to ongoing training such as Arizona state liquor laws and anti-money laundering regulations, is mandatory. This role does not include supervisory responsibilities but demands a strong commitment to teamwork and exceptional service standards. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. The work environment may involve exposure to varied conditions such as heat, humidity, and moderate noise levels.
