The Beverage Server role within the Food and Beverage team is a crucial position dedicated to enhancing the guest experience through attentive and professional beverage service. This position is full-time and requires the individual to act as an ambassador of the company values, demonstrating ownership and responsibility in all actions. The Beverage Server is responsible for delivering exceptional drink service during daily operations and special events, ensuring that each guest receives courteous, timely, and personalized attention. The role requires the ability to manage assigned sections efficiently, communicate accurately via a tablet system, and maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas. Key competencies include strong knowledge of beverage menus, upselling skills, and the ability to recognize and handle intoxicated guests responsibly. Working in a dynamic casino environment, the Beverage Server collaborates with other team members to achieve overall guest satisfaction while complying with health and safety standards. Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
1+ year of work experience in a high-volume beverage setting
Basic math skills
Ability to take and process orders using tablets
Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems
Must have a strong understanding of cocktails, liquors, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks

Job Duties

Courteously greet, interact and serve Guests in a timely manner with a cheerful attitude
Deliver exceptional service to every Guest consistently while interacting and in a professional manner
Take beverage orders from Guests and, through the tablet, communicate orders properly to the service bar
Promptly deliver all beverages to appropriate gaming machines or tables and assigned work areas
Manage the assigned sections and tasks in an efficient and proactive manner
Monitor and anticipate Guest needs, refill beverages, and ensure satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including beverage stations, tables, and service areas
Upsell and recommend additional beverage items to enhance the Guest experience
Recognize and acknowledge when Guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicated
Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure overall Guest satisfaction
Anticipate Guests' needs and provide personalized attention throughout their Casino Resort experience
Complies with the Department of Health and business sanitation standards
Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all fellow Team Members
Other duties as assigned
