Sonesta is currently seeking a full-time Beverage Server to join their fast-paced hotel environment, primarily working evening shifts. This role is essential to the guest experience, requiring an energetic individual responsible for taking orders, serving beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and order at guest tables and in the service areas. The Beverage Server plays a crucial part in ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service, enhancing their overall visit. This position requires strict adherence to hospitality and safety standards, including compliance with local regulations regarding alcoholic beverage service and food handling. The successful candidate must possess the proper certifications, such as T.I.P.S. and TABC, alongside a Food Handlers Certificate. Physically, the role demands the ability to lift trays, move equipment, and continuously stand and walk during shifts. Communication skills, a positive demeanor, and the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members are vital.
