The Beverage Server position within the Food & Beverage department offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for hospitality professionals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. Reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and Food & Beverage Manager, this role is central to maintaining high service standards throughout the bar, lounge, and restaurant areas. Beverage Servers are tasked with efficiently taking drink orders, serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere through friendly and attentive service. Beyond the direct interaction with guests, the role demands an understanding of responsible alcohol service regulations and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position requires standing and walking for extended periods and the physical ability to carry trays and lift moderate weights safely. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality serving experience preferred
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling preferable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to carry trays and serve beverages safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and basic cocktail preparation preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and age verification laws
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality serving experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests, take drink orders, and deliver beverages promptly
- Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Open tabs, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and stations
- Restock glassware, garnishes, service trays, and beverage supplies as needed
- Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes or simple beverage items when required
- Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management of issues as needed
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
