Brand Ambassadors must be confident communicators who can easily engage strangers, present product information clearly, and encourage trial and purchase. Alongside event duties, candidates will be responsible for submitting concise event reports, including customer feedback and photographs via an online platform. Compensation for this role is competitive, with Brand Ambassadors earning $90 per event, equivalent to an approximate hourly rate of $30, depending on event length. Events typically occur on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with preference given to those available on Fridays and Saturdays. Candidates will conduct tastings and product promotions in person, requiring reliable transportation and adherence to professional standards of appearance and conduct. Additionally, candidates must either possess or be willing to obtain a Solicitor's Permit for Maryland to ensure compliance with state regulations.
