- Able to obtain proper licensure as required by New York State Gaming Commission
- Available to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent guest service
- Physically able to lift and move supplies
- Complete required paperwork accurately

- Available to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Guest-focused professional capable of upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards while providing helpful service enhancing overall bar experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of beverage operations and inventory management preferred
- Physical capability to perform duties including lifting and moving supplies safely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets maintaining inventory levels including glassware condiments beer paper products and other items
- Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas bar equipment tools supplies trash removal deep cleaning sanitation work area including bar area tables chairs refrigerators countertops and floors
- Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries
- Maintain pars of liquor beer and supplies in cooler and dry storage ordering as needed
- Set-up and breakdown portable bars in designated areas
- Ensure use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes to hotel areas and beverage outlets
- Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas storage rooms and warehouses identifying non-stock items and alerting management as necessary
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority otherwise refer to management notify supervisor and Security of unusual events circumstances missing items or theft
