Job Duties
- Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino's culture and service standards
- Inform immediate supervisor of product shortages and equipment needs
- Carry work cards and serve alcohol responsibly
- Behave professionally and reflect company practices
- Practice and observe safety rules and comply with Board of Health Standards
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
- Utilize cleaning supplies and maintain cleanliness of bar areas including sweeping, mopping, removing trash, and stocking
- Polish brass behind bars and surrounding tile, as well as mirrors
- Maintain image of all bars and storage areas
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
