Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience with prior management experience in both front and back of house
- Proven leadership and management abilities
- Strong communication skills and an ability to follow directions carefully
- Aptitude for motivating employees and maintaining a collaborative team environment
- Ability to remain calm and tactful in challenging situations
- Adhere to uniform and appearance standards
- Complete ongoing certifications and training, including food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
- Knowledgeable about beer, wine, and spirits, with a focus on driving sales through guest cultivation and retention

Job Duties
