We seek to uphold a culture that fosters teamwork, professional growth, and operational excellence while continuously striving for innovation in our drink menu and customer engagement strategies.

Join our dynamic team as a Beverage Operations Manager! In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that guests receive top-notch service and exceptional drink offerings. The Beverage Operations Manager is essential in managing all aspects of the bar, including supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all alcohol regulations and safety protocols. Leadership skills are paramount as you will train and oversee bar staff, provide mentorship, and create an inviting, efficient atmosphere that maximizes customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your role also involves critical financial oversight including cost control and inventory management to maximize profitability without compromising quality. Monitoring vendor relationships, evaluating new products, and constant assessment of beverage standards are part of your duties to keep the bar innovative and competitive. Handling daily opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and maintaining facility standards are equally important responsibilities. You will be a key player in fostering a positive work culture by encouraging teamwork and professional development, while maintaining rigorous health and safety compliance including ServSafe and OSHA standards.

This is a fast-paced, demanding position that requires excellent communication skills, organizational prowess, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
