Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • ability to stand and maintain mobility for up to 12 hours and lift 25-50 pounds
  • position reports to general manager

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • responsible alcohol service certification
  • food safety certification that meets state requirements

Job Duties

  • oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality standards
  • manage kitchen staff scheduling and training
  • maintain compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • coordinate with general manager and front-of-house staff
  • monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • enforce cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • implement health and safety protocols
