Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience with prior management experience in both front and back of house
  • proven leadership and management abilities
  • strong communication skills and an ability to follow directions carefully
  • aptitude for motivating employees and maintaining a collaborative team environment
  • ability to remain calm and tactful in challenging situations
  • adhere to uniform and appearance standards
  • complete ongoing certifications and training, including food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
  • knowledgeable about beer, wine, and spirits, with a focus on driving sales through guest cultivation and retention
  • physically demanding role requiring the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and maintain a brisk pace while ensuring quality service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage inventory effectively to maintain adequate stock levels
  • create an inviting atmosphere that maximizes customer satisfaction
  • address and resolve customer complaints with efficiency
  • regularly assess product quality and seek out new vendor opportunities
  • train and supervise bar staff to ensure product knowledge and adherence to policies
  • maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
