Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience with prior management experience in both front and back of house
- proven leadership and management abilities
- strong communication skills and an ability to follow directions carefully
- aptitude for motivating employees and maintaining a collaborative team environment
- ability to remain calm and tactful in challenging situations
- adhere to uniform and appearance standards
- complete ongoing certifications and training, including food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
- knowledgeable about beer, wine, and spirits, with a focus on driving sales through guest cultivation and retention
- physically demanding role requiring the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and maintain a brisk pace while ensuring quality service
