As a growing company, Traditions Hospitality Group offers job stability, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive culture that encourages personal and professional development. Employees benefit from competitive salaries, paid time off, health insurance options, and a range of other comprehensive benefits.

The role of Beverage Manager at Traditions Hospitality Group is a pivotal position that requires an individual who is passionate about crafting innovative beverage experiences and managing all aspects of beverage operations. As a Beverage Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of creative beverage programs, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings designed to delight and engage guests. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to ensure profitability and minimize waste.

In addition to operational oversight, the Beverage Manager will play a key role in training and mentoring the bar staff to maintain high standards of drink quality and exceptional service. The Beverage Manager will be expected to uphold a professional appearance and enforce dress code standards, reflecting the polished image that Traditions Hospitality Group presents to its guests.

The working conditions of the role include operating in a fast-paced environment with potential exposure to smoke, standing and moving for extended periods, and lifting heavy objects as necessary. The role is dynamic and challenging, offering a fulfilling opportunity for those who thrive in vibrant hospitality settings.

This is a full-time role that requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. The company offers a robust benefits package, including daily pay options, 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and access to telehealth services for part-time employees. Moreover, Traditions Hospitality Group supports its employees with paid time off, employee assistance programs, referral bonuses, and recognition programs designed to celebrate milestones and achievements.
