Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of experience in resort or high-volume beverage management
- Proven track record of managing multiple beverage outlets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Ability to maintain high standards of guest service and compliance
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar resort or high-volume hospitality setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple beverage outlets or venues simultaneously
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience with training and development of staff
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets
Job Duties
- Monitor daily beverage operations including budgeting and guest service standards
- Oversee execution of policies, training programs, schedules, and regulations for beverage staff
- Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and coach beverage team members
- Collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations
- Maintain health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in all beverage areas
- Ensure compliance with state liquor regulations and responsible alcohol service
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of liquor brands, beers, wines, non-alcoholic selections, menus, and preparation methods
