Job Description

Join our esteemed hospitality organization as a Beverage Manager with a specialized focus on Beverage Operations and Wine Program management. Our company is dedicated to delivering premium, high-quality hospitality experiences to our members across various venues including restaurants, lounges, and banquet settings. We take pride in upholding excellence through meticulous operations, innovative beverage programming, and a service-driven team culture.

As a Beverage Manager, you will hold a critical leadership role whereby you oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of beverage operations. This includes curating an exceptional wine program that aligns with our brand identity and financial goals. You will be responsible for leading beverage operations across multiple venues, ensuring that every service element reflects our commitment to excellence, consistency, and member satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team of bartenders and service staff, fostering talent development and operational efficiency. Your role will extend to managing financial outcomes related to beverage cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory control, and margin achievement.

This role demands a hands-on leader who possesses expert knowledge of spirits, beers, cocktails, and wine cellar management. You will manage various operational tasks such as inventory management, purchasing, and point-of-sale systems, ensuring precision and accuracy. The Beverage Manager will also spearhead special activations including member wine dinners, tastings, and special events, enhancing our members' overall experience and engagement with our beverage offerings.

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, reflective of experience. Additionally, you can earn up to a 50% performance incentive based on the growth and success of the wine program, operational excellence, and revenue targets. This makes the role not only rewarding professionally but also financially motivating.

We highly value individuals with at least five years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality beverage operations. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and experience. Strong organizational discipline, inventory management ability, and excellent physical stamina to manage extended shifts with physical tasks such as lifting are integral to success in this position. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet operational demands and ensure continuous member satisfaction.

By joining our team, you will become part of a prestigious hospitality environment committed to elevating the art of beverage service and management. Your leadership will directly impact our brand's reputation, the quality of our beverage offerings, and the satisfaction of our valued members. This opportunity is perfect for a motivated, knowledgeable beverage professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume hospitality setting, aiming to take their career to the next level while making a meaningful difference in the guest experience.
