Job Requirements
- passion for luxury hospitality and service
- proven experience managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
- knowledge of current trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
- ability to manage labor costs and schedule efficiently

- experience with inventory and cost control
- flexible to work long hours and 24-hour operations
- energetic and dedicated attitude
Job Qualifications
- minimum two years experience in luxury hospitality
- at least three years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
- expertise in creative cocktail recipe development
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- experience in scheduling and labor cost optimization
- solid administrative skills including inventory and payroll management
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- create innovative cocktail recipes while researching industry trends
