Job Requirements

  • passion for luxury hospitality and service
  • proven experience managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
  • knowledge of current trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
  • ability to manage labor costs and schedule efficiently
  • strong training and leadership capabilities
  • experience with inventory and cost control
  • flexible to work long hours and 24-hour operations
  • energetic and dedicated attitude

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years experience in luxury hospitality
  • at least three years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
  • expertise in creative cocktail recipe development
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • experience in scheduling and labor cost optimization
  • solid administrative skills including inventory and payroll management
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • create innovative cocktail recipes while researching industry trends
  • manage scheduling to optimize labor costs
  • lead training and development for beverage staff
  • oversee inventory, payroll, and cost control
  • build strong relationships with team members and guests
  • maintain high standards of quality and service
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
