Job Requirements

  • an associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • minimum 3 years experience in bar or restaurant operation preferred
  • minimum 3 years experience as a bartender preferred
  • experience in a supervisor or managerial position
  • experience working with point-of-sale system toast and reservation system open table
  • experience working at a hotel or restaurant establishment
  • ability to implement menu and service standards
  • ability to personify company culture in interactions
  • ability to perform initial and ongoing training of associates
  • ability to deliver guest service quality

Job Qualifications

  • associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • minimum 3 years experience in bar or restaurant operations preferred
  • minimum 3 years experience as a bartender preferred
  • experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • experience with Point-of-Sale system such as Toast and reservation system like Open Table highly desired
  • experience in hotel or restaurant establishment highly desired
  • ability to implement established menu and service standards
  • ability to deliver quality guest service
  • strong communication skills with guests and team

  • creativity in enhancing sales

Job Duties

  • monitor cleanliness of serving areas to ensure food and beverage quality and service standards
  • support staff as needed during service
  • control profit and loss of bar operations
  • collaborate with sales team to maintain meeting spaces
  • coordinate with Director of F&B and Executive Chef in menu planning
  • manage administrative duties including expense tracking, profitability, reservations, checklists, and SOPs
  • handle product pricing, menus, and wine selection
  • maintain inventory, budgeting, drink costs, charging house accounts, and outlet closings
  • manage cash including cash drawers, making change, opening banks, and daily closing
  • complete table touches to ensure guest satisfaction
  • work with Director and Chefs to create restaurant experiences and events
  • embrace McKibbon guiding principles
