Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum four years of experience in food and beverage or related professional area or two-year degree with two years experience
- Proven ability to manage beverage operations and staff
- Strong understanding of beverage control processes and liquor laws
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and operational expenses
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and legal compliance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
- Alternatively, a two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration with two years of experience
- Knowledge of beverage control and inventory management
- Ability to lead and train staff effectively
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with beverage laws and food safety standards
Job Duties
- Manage beverage operations ensuring compliance with policies and legal standards
- Supervise and train beverage staff promoting excellent service
- Oversee beverage inventory control including cost and portion management
- Develop and assist with beverage menus and promotional initiatives
- Monitor adherence to liquor control policies and food handling standards
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing guest feedback and complaints
- Participate in budgeting and financial management of the beverage department
