The Beverage Manager role at St. Regis is designed for a seasoned professional passionate about overseeing and elevating beverage operations within a luxury hospitality context. This position is responsible for managing all beverage-related services encompassing restaurants, bars, and room service to ensure seamless and exceptional guest experiences. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum four years of experience in food and beverage or related professional area or two-year degree with two years experience
  • Proven ability to manage beverage operations and staff
  • Strong understanding of beverage control processes and liquor laws
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and operational expenses
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and legal compliance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
  • Alternatively, a two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration with two years of experience
  • Knowledge of beverage control and inventory management
  • Ability to lead and train staff effectively
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with beverage laws and food safety standards
