Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
- 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-end high-volume restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of beverage inventory management ordering and cost control
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Stable work history with a strong work ethic
- Hospitality degree preferred

Job Duties
- Own and uphold all beverage program standards including liquor beer wine and bar consumables while managing costs within budget
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a strong focus on bar service and hospitality
- Lead train and develop bar and front-of-house team members through coaching and performance feedback
- Oversee daily operations including shift execution scheduling and floor support
- Manage ordering inventory and cost controls to support financial performance
- Maintain cleanliness uniform standards and professional appearance of bar and restaurant areas
- Assist the General Manager with administrative financial reporting invoices and payroll duties
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
