This position entails leading and maintaining a best-in-class beverage program encompassing liquor, beer, wine, and bar consumables. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
  • 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-end high-volume restaurant
  • Extensive knowledge of beverage inventory management ordering and cost control
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
  • Stable work history with a strong work ethic
  • Hospitality degree preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
  • 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-end high-volume restaurant
  • Extensive beverage knowledge with strong inventory ordering and cost-control expertise

Job Duties

  • Own and uphold all beverage program standards including liquor beer wine and bar consumables while managing costs within budget
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a strong focus on bar service and hospitality
  • Lead train and develop bar and front-of-house team members through coaching and performance feedback
  • Oversee daily operations including shift execution scheduling and floor support
  • Manage ordering inventory and cost controls to support financial performance
  • Maintain cleanliness uniform standards and professional appearance of bar and restaurant areas
  • Assist the General Manager with administrative financial reporting invoices and payroll duties
  • Ensure compliance with all health safety and company policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
