As a sister company to A Head for Profits, Sculpture Hospitality has built a robust reputation for delivering expert guidance and services that enhance operational efficiency in hospitality establishments. With over three decades of industry experience, the company specializes in providing invaluable support through innovative solutions tailored to the unique demands of bars and restaurants. Their commitment to excellence and passion for the hospitality field have made them a trusted partner among numerous venues seeking to optimize their business operations.
Sculpture Hospitality is currently offering an exciting part-time opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career within the hospitality sector without committing to long or inflexible hours. This role is particularly well suited for those who desire a flexible work schedule, with options to choose the days they work, making it an ideal position for students, parents, or anyone seeking balance between work and personal life. Working with Sculpture Hospitality means enjoying the chance to visit and engage with great bars and restaurants daily, offering a unique platform to grow professionally while gaining first-hand experience in the industry.
The position centers around the responsibilities of a Beverage Inventory Specialist, a role integral to the financial performance of hospitality venues. Specialists are tasked with conducting thorough audits of alcohol inventories at various bars and restaurants. These audits include physically demanding tasks such as lifting and weighing kegs, which can weigh over 100 pounds, as well as measuring liquor bottles to provide accurate and detailed reporting. Although the typical working hours are from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, Sculpture Hospitality emphasizes flexibility and is willing to accommodate scheduling needs to suit individual circumstances.
No previous experience is necessary for this role as comprehensive training is provided, making it an excellent entry point for those new to the hospitality industry or looking to transition into a supportive role that offers both responsibility and growth. The company values individuals who are hands-on quick learners, detail-oriented, and self-driven, capable of working independently with trust and reliability. Candidates must be physically capable of handling the demands of the job and possess a valid driver’s license, as mobility to different bars and restaurants is a key aspect of the role.
Compensation for this part-time position starts at $18.00 per hour, with the potential for merit-based increases following a 90-day performance review. Sculpture Hospitality also offers a positive work environment where employees can build foundational knowledge and skills, paving the way for future advancement within the hospitality industry. This opportunity is not only a job but a stepping stone for individuals passionate about hospitality who wish to combine flexibility with professional development and meaningful industry engagement.
