These audits include physically demanding tasks such as lifting and weighing kegs, which can weigh over 100 pounds, as well as measuring liquor bottles to provide accurate and detailed reporting. Although the typical working hours are from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, Sculpture Hospitality emphasizes flexibility and is willing to accommodate scheduling needs to suit individual circumstances.
