Aramark is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated full-time Beverage Experts to join their team. The Beverage Expert position involves preparing specialty coffee, tea, and other drinks according to brand standards, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area. In this role, Beverage Experts are responsible for operating registers and point-of-sale systems efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy, and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts. They are expected to welcome customers warmly and anticipate their needs to enhance the customer experience. Beverage Experts also prepare food and drink items in accordance with company guidelines, maintain sanitary conditions by consistently cleaning tools and surfaces, and ensure stock levels are sufficient for daily operations. The position involves physical activity, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of walking or standing, and may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain safety and hygiene standards.

Aramark emphasizes the importance of food safety, requiring all Beverage Experts to obtain Food Handling Certification before commencing work. While prior barista experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory, making this role accessible for individuals new to the beverage service industry who demonstrate strong customer service skills, basic math abilities, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective communication in English and the ability to follow detailed recipes precisely are crucial for success in this role.
