Job Duties
- Accurately process cash and credit card payments using the register or POS system
- provide a friendly welcome to clients, proactively anticipating their needs to ensure a positive experience
- craft and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in strict accordance with brand standards
- prepare and present food items that meet all establishment quality and service guidelines
- balance the cash drawer, maintain precise transaction records, and manage daily deposit procedures
- strictly comply with Aramark’s established policies for secure cash management
- handle the setup and breakdown of the coffee bar and retail areas to maintain a clean and organized space
- maintain a sanitary workspace by consistently disinfecting equipment, tools, and surfaces
- monitor and replenish beverage coolers, grab-and-go snacks, serving utensils, and condiments
- follow all food and beverage handling protocols to ensure high sanitation standards and safety
- execute additional tasks and diverse assignments as requested by the management team
