This job opening is for the position of Beverage Experience Lead (BEL), a critical role responsible for elevating the beverage experience throughout the restaurant. The BEL acts as a designated leader with a broader operational focus beyond that of a regular crew member. This role's primary purpose is to lead and motivate the team during the rollout of new beverage offerings, ensuring flawless execution and smooth beverage operations, especially during peak service hours.
