Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- availability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late night shifts, and weekends
- outstanding attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment
- reliable transportation preferred
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or beverage operations is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- problem-solving aptitude
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
Job Duties
- Lead the beverage operation including training, equipment, communication, and execution
- coach and motivate the beverage team to ensure confidence and readiness
- support the rollout of new beverage products and initiatives
- monitor and maintain beverage equipment to minimize downtime
- ensure clear communication and coordination among team members
- drive flawless execution of beverage procedures especially during peak periods
- troubleshoot and resolve any issues impacting beverage service quality
