Job Description

This job opening is for a Crew Team Member position at a restaurant licensed to use McDonald's branding, owned and operated by an independent franchisee. While the restaurant uses McDonald's logos, menus, and products, it is a distinct entity and employer separate from McDonald's USA. All employment decisions, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervision, are managed by the franchisee who owns this particular restaurant. Consequently, the franchisee is the employer of record for all positions at this location, including the Crew Team Member role.
