Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- high school diploma or its equivalency required
- minimum five years beverage bartending experience required
- cash handling Infogenesis or Micros experience required
- ability to operate juice guns cutting boards soda guns ice machines shot glasses mixers pourers knives coffee machines non-alcoholic frozen drink machines ice tea machines and other necessary equipment
- must possess excellent communication skills
- ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public employees and customers
- ability to deal effectively and interact well with customers and employees
- ability to resolve problems conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Job Qualifications
- must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- high school diploma or its equivalency required
- minimum five years beverage bartending experience required
- strong knowledge in craft cocktails craft beers wine single malt scotch cognac port and sherry distillation processes flaming drinks and food service
- must possess a high profile appearance suitable for a setting to include enhanced dress grooming and styling
- previous customer service experience required
- cash handling Infogenesis or Micros experience required
- ability to operate juice guns cutting boards soda guns ice machines shot glasses mixers pourers knives coffee machines non-alcoholic frozen drink machines ice tea machines and other necessary equipment
- nightclub experience or similar experience in an entertainment environment preferred
- must possess excellent communication skills
- ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public employees and customers
- ability to deal effectively and interact well with customers and employees
- ability to resolve problems conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Job Duties
- create and ensure a fun-filled entertaining and exciting environment for all guests ensuring a high level of customer service
- adhere to all established company and departmental procedures guidelines and policies at all times including guest service cash handling sanitation and organization
- address guests with a pleasant nature at all times
- have knowledge of the casino and events and answer questions when asked
- work scheduled shifts which may fluctuate based on business demands including days nights weekends and holidays
- report to work on time punch time clock at beginning and end of shift and sign in and out as required
- maintain company and departmental uniform appearance and hygiene standards
- assist in other projects as directed
- maintain a current understanding of all policy and guidelines regarding information security including the Acceptable Use Policy
- provide exceptional customer service and communicate in a pleasant friendly and professional manner
- meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory departmental and company policies
- complete all required training programs within nine months from commencement of employment
- attend all necessary meetings
- represent the company in any company sponsored events and promotions as needed
- actively seek out guests greet and welcome them engage in relationship building and ensure overall guest satisfaction at events
- pose with guests for pictures during company sponsored events
- act as an ambassador to the casino in company sponsored events
