Job Requirements

must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
high school diploma or its equivalency required
minimum five years beverage bartending experience required
cash handling Infogenesis or Micros experience required
ability to operate juice guns cutting boards soda guns ice machines shot glasses mixers pourers knives coffee machines non-alcoholic frozen drink machines ice tea machines and other necessary equipment
must possess excellent communication skills
ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public employees and customers
ability to deal effectively and interact well with customers and employees
ability to resolve problems conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner

Job Qualifications

must possess a high profile appearance suitable for a setting to include enhanced dress grooming and styling

nightclub experience or similar experience in an entertainment environment preferred

Job Duties

create and ensure a fun-filled entertaining and exciting environment for all guests ensuring a high level of customer service
adhere to all established company and departmental procedures guidelines and policies at all times including guest service cash handling sanitation and organization
address guests with a pleasant nature at all times
have knowledge of the casino and events and answer questions when asked
work scheduled shifts which may fluctuate based on business demands including days nights weekends and holidays
report to work on time punch time clock at beginning and end of shift and sign in and out as required
maintain company and departmental uniform appearance and hygiene standards
assist in other projects as directed
maintain a current understanding of all policy and guidelines regarding information security including the Acceptable Use Policy
provide exceptional customer service and communicate in a pleasant friendly and professional manner
meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory departmental and company policies
complete all required training programs within nine months from commencement of employment
attend all necessary meetings
represent the company in any company sponsored events and promotions as needed
actively seek out guests greet and welcome them engage in relationship building and ensure overall guest satisfaction at events
pose with guests for pictures during company sponsored events
act as an ambassador to the casino in company sponsored events
